Richmond Residences, known officially as Richmond District, is a new integrated community in Al Furjan developed by Mira Developments. The masterplan brings together five residential buildings and one office tower, all linked by a shared podium offering retail, wellness, and leisure at ground level.
This marks Mira Developments' first residential partnership with John Richmond, the British fashion house established in London in the 1980s — and the first John Richmond-branded homes anywhere in Dubai. Tower 1, the opening residential phase, is now launched.

Architecture & design
The building exteriors feature traditional mashrabiya screens that residents can open and close. These elements add privacy, cut heat gain in summer, and still let daylight through — so the façade shifts in character as light changes through the day.
